Budapest-Esztergom Railway Line

Expansion work on the Budapest-Esztergom railway line started in 2013 with the cooperation of HeidelbergCement’s joint venture Duna-Dráva Cement.

The project was split into three phases: the first phase saw building of the section between Esztergom and Piliscsaba, the second the Piliscsaba-Pilisvörösvár section, and the third the reconstruction of the Pilisvörösvár-Óbuda section.

Duna-Dráva Cement supplied 14,770 m³ of ready-mixed concrete for this project. Additional building materials were supplied by A-Híd Zrt. and Cemex Hungária Kft.
