Human Resources Assistant (f/m/d) part-time (50-70%)

For our headquarters in Heidelberg the Group Human Resources (GHR) department is looking for a Human Resources Assistant (f/m/d) part-time (50-70%).

The Human Resources Assistant will report directly to the Head of Compensation and Benefits.

Your next challenge

  • You provide general process and project support to the GHR team with a focus on Compensation and Benefits
  • You administrate our company pension plan including managing the interface to external service providers as well as being the internal point of contact
  • You support the management of our Long-term Incentive Program including preparing communication material and coordinating the nomination and payout process in alignment with global HR colleagues, payroll and tax advisors
  • You support the Compensation and Benefits team with invoice and budget management as well as coordinating external service providers
  • You support with preparing presentations and documents for the Director Group Human Resources of HeidelbergCement
  • You coordinate the payroll of HeidelbergCement’s Management Board including managing the interface to the service center as well international contacts

Your profile

  • You are a team player who enjoys collaborating in an inclusive and trusting working environment
  • You are proactive, well-organized and able to work unsupervised, also under pressure
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Sociology or a related field and 1 to 2 years of experience (including internships)
  • You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You have very good English and German language skills
