Annual General Meeting 2020
The Annual General Meeting of HeidelbergCement AG took place on Thursday, 4 June 2020, at 10:00 am (CEST) in Heidelberg.
Against the background of the increasing spread of the coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, the Annual General Meeting was held as a purely virtual meeting without the physical presence of shareholders or their proxies (with the exception of the Company's proxies).

Adjustment of the original dividend proposal for the 2019 financial year

Auditors
On 9 May 2019, the Annual General Meeting appointed Ernst & Young GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft as the auditors of the annual financial statements and consolidated financial statements for the 2019 financial year.
The auditors responsible for the consolidated financial statements are Helge-Thomas Grathwol and Karen Somes. With the 2019 financial statements, Mr Grathwol has supported the audit for the third time. It was the fifth audit for Ms Somes after her cooling-off period of three years.
