Aquaflow® permeable paving used in conjunction with a water harvesting system

The Aquaflow system collects rain water from all impermeable surfaces including roofs, paths and driveways. All water falling onto the paved surface is cleaned by a geotextile layer (Inbitex®)  before storage. The water is then available for re-use by connecting to a sump (pump) for water harvesting.

Recommended uses for this water are garden watering and car washing. these can reduce by up to 50% the household requirement for mains water. Because cars are washed on the driveway and the driveway is permeable, even this water is recycled.
