Accuracy
Full size CAD templates are extracted from the working drawings. These are then converted into CNC machine codes. The machine code is uploaded into a precision cutter.
Precision cutting
Templates are cut accurately and quick to very high tolerances.
Lost cost templates
Templates are produced in a range of materials to suit requirements. Traditionally materials such as Zinc are used with a high speed routing head. Alternatively, durable modern Polypropylene and PVC's can be used as a cost effective solution. The sheet thickness is 2 to 4 times thicker than the traditional standard orange mould cutting plastics.
