Hanson Bath & Portland stone offer random walling stone for a variety of walling purposes from our Flick quarry. The stone is extracted and selected by hand ensuring high quality.
Limestone is extensively used where considerations of quality predominate. Because of its excellent reputation, Natural Limestone stone is often assumed to be too expensive for domestic building. As random walling it is competitively priced with concrete building blocks that are offered as substitutes. Limestone walling is no more expensive to fix and is superior in appearance and durability.
Walling stone is supplied in both set and random course heights and lengths. For general purpose walling, the thinner stone is ideal. For projects requiring a heavier material a thicker stone is supplied.
