Concrete can be completely recycled
Betongindustri is working to increase the recycling of concrete. Today we have several recycling facilities at our plants.

After the concrete has been crushed and the reinforcement has been removed, the material can be reused in new concrete, or used as a base course in road construction. Because there are always some cement residues left, recycled material has often proved to be better and more stable than normal aggregates.

Concrete sludge is used as soil improvement in agriculture. Here, the natural cycle approaches completion……
