Biogas construction The production process of biogas by digestion could be found in various forms depending on supply of raw material and market. Most of the projects have large dissimilarities in conditions and consequently also need specific requirements of solutions. Abetong’s standardized panel system, which easily could be adapted to the customer’s needs, makes it possible to reduce the building costs. Abetong delivers all that goes in the field of structural parts for a biogas building; digestion tanks, reception tanks, balancing tanks, residue tanks, technical buildings and bio filter.
Small and great volumes Abetong’s Tank System is the answer to the little farm’s need of a small digestion tank to the great digestion tank of an industrial facility. Abetong is well prepared to tackle the different conditions of a project with products producing volumes from 3 m3 to more than 35 000 m3.
Short time of construction
Prefabricated panel solutions promote a quick erecting of the construction, which results in extra time focusing on other parts of the biogas project.
Efficient roof solutions Besides concrete roof slab solutions with a liner system for containment of gas Abetong can provide tailor-made roof covers in PVC. Roofs for digestion tanks can be performed by a built-in gas lung, which can buffer large quantities of biogas.
Pipes and equipment All the equipment required for the process, such as pipes, anchorages, screws, bolts, plates and manholes, is prepared by embedded details at the production facility. The major parts of the process equipment can consequently be prepared for and could therefore easily be installed at site.
Quality The production is industrial effected with high tested concrete cast in steel moulds. The quality awareness is always in focus and Abetong is certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AFS 2001.
Architecture In order to harmonize with the surroundings biogas constructions can be excavated or backfilled. They can also be overgrown in order to create a natural environment. The surfaces of the concrete can be delivered in several performances.
