Responsibilities:
• Responsible for estimation, sales and marketing
• Ensure that prices and offers are correct
• Develop departments employee, work routines, precast knowledge etc.
• Support internal and external to find the most cost effective precast frame for the client and also the best possible result for our business
• To be a excellent team member
• Strengthening and growing existing customer relationships
You will report to the Managing Director.
Requirements/Preferred Skills: • University degree in engineering or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 10~12 years relevant professional experience
• Experience in precast industry is preferred
• Fluent english and swedish/scandinavian language
• Good computer skills
• Communications skills and flexibility
• Culturally sensitive and the ability to work within a multicultural environment
