Our company develops the Latnenskoye deposit of refractory clay located 15 km to west from Voronezh. The development of primitive quarries in the deposit began in the second half of the IX century. Since 1900 the deposit has started industrial operation. Initially the clay was used for ceramics production and during the Soviet period for production of refractories. Clay is mined selectively by wheel excavators. In whole 7 grades of clay have been sorted out.
All the clay grades produced meet the GOST requirements and have been certified.
