In Russia, HeidelbergCement operates a cement plant “Cesla” in Slantsy, Leningrad region, an aggregates and precast production site “Gurovo–Beton” in Novogurivskiy, Tula oblast, and cement terminals in Kaliningrad and Murmansk. In Tula oblast, the company is currently building a new cement plant with an annual capacity of 2 million tons.

By having opened 2 offices in Moscow and Podolsk, HeidelbergCement is now able to successfully run its activities on the fast-growing and highly-profitable market.
