NorStone has experience since 1980 in offshore deliveries. We have delivered to all oil-fields in the norwegian part of the North-Sea, as well as to projects in other waters.
Offshore products is mainly delivered from our plant in Dirdal, Rogaland, and from our daughter company Nord-Fosen Pukkverk in South-Trøndelang.
The rock product is upp to 200 mm in size. |

We can deliver large quantities in a constant quality and sizing, and from our plants we can laod ships up to 25,000 tdw with a high capasity.
Offshore products is used to cover underwater pipes, as well as prepraring sea-bed for installations.
Special vessels is used to discharge the products. Some of these has long, flexible pipes with a pin-point precision down to 1,000 meters of depth. |
