Engineers with longstanding international experience in project work ensure the successful and user oriented handling of projects using the most advanced planning aids. The projects are completed using clearly defined objectives and following high standards in terms of cost-effectiveness, timeliness and quality.

Project management is the core of project engineering. It is embedded in a flexible, interdisciplinary and international organizational structure, which is defined according to the project’s degree of difficulty and complexity. A team of HTC and local engineers carries out the project through all stages from the initial idea until take over by the plant.
