Coordination comprises: Regional Coordination, Knowledge Management, Reporting and Training.

By providing Regional Coordination, HTC meets the organizational concerns of a worldwide successfully operating Group. Regional Coordinators serve as the liaison between cement plants and HTC. Their objective is to support cement plants in all technical, operational and quality issues, to improve their overall efficiency.

Steady Reporting, internal and external Benchmarking are an essential basis for process optimization and continuous improvement.

A successful company must rely on highly trained employees. HeidelbergCement values its employees as important assets and continually invests in the development of their capabilities. HTC offers a comprehensive training program for Engineers, Technicians and Laboratory Technicians working in the field of cement and concrete production. Furthermore, HTC runs the “Engineer in Training (EIT) “ program for junior engineers.

Knowledge Management is crucial today. Networks spanning the entire Group support the international exchange of knowledge and experiences, they help to increase skills and work together in specific areas. They are supported by intranet platforms which provide specific knowledge throughout the Group.
