Since 8 July, HeidelbergCement has a new Internet presence on the worldwide web. The appearance and content needed to be revised as the Group pages had remained unchanged in their design and technical aspects since 2001, and were more or less out of date. At the same time, the visual presentation of the different companies and brands is being adapted to the corporate design, making it clearer that they belong to the Group.
The homepage
www.heidelbergcement.com now also serves as a portal, linking to the pages for each country. The country page for Germany is now accessed via
www.heidelbergcement.de, which replaces the previous page
www.hzag.de. Visitors to the “old” page are automatically redirected to the new Germany homepage. By the end of the year, it is intended that the content will also have been edited for the relevant target groups.
