Ad Hoc: HeidelbergCement confirms takeover bid by Spohn Cement

HeidelbergCement AG was today notified by Spohn Cement GmbH, Norderfriedrichskoog/Germany, that Spohn Cement has decided to make a takeover bid for all shares of HeidelbergCement AG at a price of 60 EUR per share.
