The market
In Germany, HeidelbergCement operates 8 cement plants and 2 grinding plants. They are located mainly in the South and Northwest of the country. In addition, a grinding plant is located in the area of the capital Berlin.
In the aggregates business line, we operate an extensive network of sand, gravel, and crushed stone pits.
The concrete-service-other business line includes the production of ready-mixed concrete, precast concrete elements, paving stones, and concrete blocks. A wide network of production sites guarantees a quick market supply all over the country.
In the building products business line, HeidelbergCement operates production sites for sand-lime bricks and lime.
