The market
Our subsidiary Kunda Nordic Cement , located in northern Estonia about 100 km from Tallinn, produces different types of cements. Nearly the whole cement consumption of Estonia is covered by the Kunda plant.
In Latvia and Lithuania, we operate one cement terminal in each country.
We operate five ready-mixed concrete production sites in Estonia, two of which are located in the capital Tallinn. In addition, HeidelbergCement operates three ready-mixed concrete plants in the area of Riga, the capital of Latvia. We have significant market shares in both countries.
HeidelbergCement also produces aggregates in Estonia and Latvia.
