HeidelbergCement's ready-mixed concrete activities in Croatia are carried out by TBG Beton — operating five plants in Vinkovci, Vukovar, Djakovo, Slavonski Brod, and Osijek — and by TBG-Strabag, operating one plant in Zagreb. Our plants offer a wide range of high quality concrete.
In June 2006, HeidelbergCement divested its calcium aluminates business and sold its 92.4% stake in Istra Cement d.o.o. in Croatia. This move is in line with the HeidelbergCement business strategy to divest non-core activities in order to focus on further development and expansion in the growth markets.
