In most of the growth countries of Asia, the focus is on cement production. In India, Indonesia, and Bangladesh in particular, the cement capacities will be expanded significantly in the coming years. In Malaysia, HeidelbergCement has strong market positions in aggregates and ready-mixed concrete.
In Australia, HeidelbergCement has significant market positions in ready-mixed concrete and aggregates, with a dense network of production sites. We also have a participation in four cement plants and one grinding facility.
