World's Largest Wind Turbines

In Hamburg (Germany), south of the Elbe River, two of the world's largest wind turbines are busy producing green electricity. The E-126/6 MW wind turbines are high-tech feats of engineering.

The stability of the massive turbine towers is assured with precise prefabricated concrete components that were manufactured with Portland cement at HeidelbergCement's plant in Geseke, Germany.
