From the Classroom to the Workplace

College is an extremely exciting phase of life. It is a time of rapid change and personal growth. New friends are made, and new freedoms are discovered. For many, it is the first experience living away from home. To succeed in your studies, you have to set priorities – and work hard. As you acquire more knowledge, your self-confidence will grow. Yet every course of study has an inherent weakness – it does not expose you to the real challenges you will face in your future career.

At HeidelbergCement we offer university students like you the chance to attain valuable insights into the working world. You can acquire new knowledge, apply your skills, and improve your future career opportunities. In addition, you can benefit from our financial support. And who knows? HeidelbergCement just might become your future employer.

We offer opportunities based on your field of study. From accounting, marketing, and human resources to chemistry and engineering – whatever your field of study, you'll find a place with us. We'll challenge you, and give you responsibility – your success will depend on your motivation and skills.
