Sinpaş Bosphorus City
Sinpaş Bosphorus, Turkey’s first thematic housing project, has brought a miniature Istanbul strait to Halkalı.
With the small strait covering one-tenth of the total area of 246,000 m2, alongside 2,796 residential units, Sinpaş Bosphorus City has created a new living space in Halkalı offering residents exclusive homes, recreational areas, and community facilities.
Sinpaş Bosphorus City was built with products of Betonsa, HeidelbergCement’s Turkish joint venture. In total, Betonsa delivered 500,000 m3 of ready-mixed concrete.
