With art, culture, fashion, and nature at the center of life, Quasar Istanbul is the first real estate project to be awarded the DGNB Gold Certificate, a German sustainable building system certificate, in Turkey.

Turkey’s first meta-luxury project, Quasar Istanbul, aims at rediscovering true luxury – the name Quasar Istanbul meaning the bright center of a galaxy.

Quasar Istanbul stretches across 189,620 m2. It consists of 2 towers with 40 floors built on a connecting unit. 23,700 m2 of the estate is split into 257 luxury residence units – ranging from 116 to 518 m2 – as well as 209 hotel rooms, 58 offices, and community space consisting of 4 cafes and 17 shops. Outstanding features of Quasar Istanbul are the 5,798 m2 of tier gardens, a pool, and a sculpture garden.

The project was completed using special products from HeidelbergCement’s Turkish joint venture Betonsa to ensure high quality. Betonsa supplied 160,000 m3 of ready-mixed concrete for Quasar Istanbul.
