CDP rates transparency and performance

The so-called "Climate Disclosure Score" measures the transparency and integrity of a company's reporting on climate change. In 2015, HeidelbergCement reached 99 out of 100 points and is thus part of the Climate Disclosure Leadership Index (CDLI) in the sector "Energy & Materials". In contrast to the "Climate Disclosure Score", the "Climate Performance Score" evaluates the effectiveness of company action against climate change. HeidelbergCement improved its scoring considerably in 2015, reaching a very good rating of A-.
