HeidelbergCement issues a Eurobond

Today, HeidelbergCement priced a Eurobond issue (ISIN XS1044496203) under its €10 billion EMTN programme with an issuance volume of €500 million and a maturity date of 12 March 2019. The proceeds of the transaction will be used for general corporate purposes.

The 5 year bond bears a fixed coupon of 2.25% p.a. The issue price is at 98.84%, resulting in a yield to maturity of 2.50%. Joint Global Coordinators of the transaction are Morgan Stanley (B&D) and RBS. Joint Bookrunners of the transaction are Bayern LB, Commerzbank, Intesa, LBBW, Mediobanca and SEB.
