Learning & Development Professional (f/m)

The department Learning and Development at our Headquarters in Heidelberg is recruiting a Learning & Development Professional (f/m). You will be located in Heidelberg (Germany) and report to the Senior Manager Learning & Development. The position will be filled with a part-time degree of 80%.

Your next challenge:

Manage our global training architecture and training management cycle
  • Identify current and future training needs and develop appropriate training concepts in close cooperation with colleagues from HR, Global Academies and Functions
  • Ensure sufficient information on existing and planned training measures for all relevant stakeholders
Manage the Group top and senior management development program
  • Support the redesign and implementation of our global top management program, Summit Programme, in close cooperation with a renowned, global executive education provider
  • Manage program logistics, organization and delivery in close cooperation with colleagues from our global HR community and the external provider
Create and implement global standards for Leadership/Management Development
  • Create standards for leadership and management development measures
  • Identify relevant topics and leadership/management tools and concepts in close cooperation with HR colleagues from
    across the world
  • Design training blueprints and manage train-the-trainer sessions for future internal trainers
  • Setup a database of training concepts and measures
Support the design and delivery of various development measures
  • Identify required leadership/management development interventions in close cooperation with internal stakeholders (line management, HR, etc.) and support their implementation with selected external partners
  • Develop training and workshop formats and ensure their delivery with internal/external resources
  • Facilitate trainings/workshops on various management/leadership topics
Knowledge Exchange
  • Support and facilitate knowledge exchange between internal stakeholders in Learning and Development (HR, Academies, Projects, Functions)

Your profile:

  • University degree or comparable vocational qualification
  • Experience from working in or as a consultant working for industrial companies
  • Experience in training design and delivery/facilitation (preferably including management/leadership development programs)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of management and leadership tools and theories
  • Well-developed consultancy skills and customer orientation
  • Solid experience in project management
  • Confidence in dealing with managers at different levels
  • Comprehensive analytical and conceptual skills and a solution-oriented style of working
  • Pragmatic, open and uncomplicated approach and the ability to work under pressure
  • Very good English language skills (verbal and written), further languages are an advantage
