Aït Baha Cement Plant

The Aït Baha plant is one of the most modern cement plants in Morocco. It benefits from advanced technologies for environmental protection and energy/water conservation.

With an easily expandable production capacity of more than 2.2 million tonnes annually, this plant is intended to cover cement demand throughout southern Morocco.

Building began in 2008, and was completed by 2010. HeidelbergCement’s subsidiary Ciments du Maroc supplied 110,000 m3 of ready-mixed concrete for construction of the plant.
