We are a leading manufacturer of high quality cement in Guangdong and Shaanxi, as well as of innovative ready mixed concrete in Guangzhou and Hong Kong.

We have been in China since 1995 and operate five cement plants. The plants have a total cement capacity of around 10 million tons, which will be extended to 14 million tons until end 2008. There are furthermore 10 ready-mixed concrete plants in Guangzhou and Hong Kong. Our Group-wide high environmental standards and targets are also applied to our Chinese operations. We are building on three pillars of sustainable development: economy, ecology and social responsibility.

Our famous local brands are highly recognized in the markets and our products are widely used in many major infrastructure projects countrywide. Examples are the Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, the Shenyang Taoxian International Airport, the West Tower in Guangzhou, the Dayawan Nuclear Power Plant in Guangdong, the Xigang International Plaza in Xi’an and almost all highway and subway projects in these regions.
