TBG BH d.o.o. Kakanj was born in 2001, as a daughter company of the Kakanj Cement plant. The company's main business activity is the concrete production, transportation and installation. TBG BH currently owns three business units (ready-mix concrete plants): BU Sarajevo, BU Lukavac and BU Banja Luka. They produce high-quality concrete, concrete with iron fibres, and different types of mortar.
Concrete plant in Lukavac operates since 1999, concrete plant in Sarajevo since 2003, while the concrete plant in Banja Luka was put into operation in December 2006. All concrete plants have modern laboratories and top quality equipment for production, transport and installation of concrete. For additional transport and installation capacities TBG BH has contracted partners. The state-of-art equipment owned by TBG BH is enhanced by 3 completely new concrete pump with the height range of 37 meters, and one concrete pumpt with the height range of 47 meters.
Our Products
The ready mixed concrete is our main product, and for its production we use high-quality Portland cement produced by our mother company the Kakanj cement plant, carefully selected aggregates fractioned by size, water, and additives for improving manipulation or achieving some special concrete features. We produce all types of top quality ready mixed concrete including light concrete, concrete with iron fibres, and different types of mortars.
Environment Protection
In all our plants, from the moment of planning until the very end of production process, a special attention is paid to environment protection.
All our plants have ecologically modern installations for concrete recycling where the concrete remains are separated down into input components – water and fraction – and put back into production. In this way the waste water is reused in production.
Quality
All installations are completely computerised (GEDIS) guaranteeing the best quality concrete. The quality is also confirmed by the independent institute laboratory that performs regular tests. The production capacity is 80 cubic meters per hour. In addition, the concrete plants are equipped with special cells for recycling (BIBKO system) enabling reuse of waste water and sand and gravel particles in a closed cycle. The quality of concrete is guaranteed by our company, and confirmed by the control of the independent institute. Our quality is your reliable partner.

Employees
TBG BH is a small team on which the customers can rely. Although the employees work on three locations they act as a single team. In the next couple of years TBG BH plans to open new plants in other areas of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which will create new job opportunities.
