PRODUCT USE
|
|
|
Cement is used as a binder in concrete and mortars that are widely used in construction.
Cement is distributed in bags and bulk shipment.

HANDLING AND STORAGE
|
|
2.1 |
Safe Handling: |
Avoid dust development. For use of open mixing containers first fill in water and then carefully pour the mortar. Keep the height of fall low.
Smoothly start the mixer.
Avoid any skin contact by using personal protective clothing. |

2.2 |
Safe Storage: |
Keep bulk and bagged cement dry until used. Stack bagged materials in a secure manner to prevent falling. |

2.3 |
Disposal: |
Cement which is mixed with water hardens, and shall be disposed as concrete waste.

TOXICOLOGICAL AND ECOLOGICAL INFORMATION

3.1 |
Inhalation of cement dust can irritate the mucus membrane. |
|
3.2 |
Prolonged skin contact with a mixture of cement and water can have a corrosive effect on unprotected skin. |

3.3 |
Ingestion can lead to mouth and digestive system irritation. |
|
3.4 |
The product has no ecological effect.

FIRST AID MEASURES
|

4.1 |
Inhalation: |
Provide fresh air. Seek medication if necessary. |
|
4.2 |
Skin Contact: |
Remove saturated clothes. Wash off immediately with abundant water and soap. Seek medication if necessary |
|
4.3 |
Eye Contact: |
Immediately wash off the eye and open lid under running water.
Do not rub the eye dry to avoid cornea damage. |

4.4 |
Ingestion: |
Immediately drink plenty of water. Avoid vomiting. |
