"Workshop - 2009"
On 18th of May HeidelbergCement Georgia made one-day workshop for its key clients in cement plants. Guests were both, from Georgian and from international building companies. Clients from Azerbaijan, the country where we export our product, specially arrived for WORKSHOP - 2009.
After the welcome and introduction meeting in Headquarters in Tbilisi the HeidelbergCement took the guests directly to Rustavi region, to show them two cement plants, located near each other. The first visit was in recently erected Kartuli Cement plant commissioned in 2008, after they visited SaqCementi renewed plant. Both factories were shown by the guidance of plant managers.
After detailed survey of plants operation and system of cement production, HeidelbergCement management has carried out a presentation for clients in Rustavi Plant administration office. The topics were:
- HeidelbergCement worldwide and HeidelbergCement in Georgia
- Technical improvements of HeidelbergCement Plants in Georgia
- Quality Control and Optimization
- Technical advisor department and cement delivery system
The presentation finished by detailed discussions, questions and answers between clients and HeidelbergCement management.
The aim of WORKSHOP - 2009 was to establish close contact with the clients, to show them how the supplier company works, what kind of projects they have for plants modernization, and finely, why is HeidelbergCement reliable partner for them.
